About the Role
The COTA will provide direct and indirect therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Qualifications and Requirements
Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current North Carolina COTA license

Completion of required background clearances
Job Duties
Deliver therapy sessions in alignment with the OT treatment plan
Support students fine motor and adaptive skill development
Maintain accurate progress notes and data
Implement classroom-based strategies and modifications
Collaborate with educators, parents, and service teams
Contribute input for IEPs and student planning meetings
